As an implementation specialist I have gained experience in conducting training needs analysis as well as designing, developing, and delivering application or technical training programs to meet the identified needs for technical and non-technical users. My unique abilities include being able to find, understand, organize and present technical information so that users can learn quickly, easily and enthusiastically.

Over the years I have developed an acute ability to learn new software and tools rapidly. I am able to adapt my training expertise to a particular field of study, piece of hardware or industry process.
