With over 14 years of extensive computer technology and support experience; including 10 years involving cross platform environments with Macintosh and PC servers and workstations as well as eight years specializing in hardware, software and networking support for the Graphic Arts Industry, I have proven strengths in leadership, communication, developing, planning and executing comprehensive support presentations. I am a results-driven training and support specialist with a proven record of achievements in hardware installation, computer training and technical support. I have developed outstanding project management, technical, networking, training and help desk skills.

Over the years I have developed an acute ability to learn new hardware, software and tools rapidly. Strengths:

·         High level of expertise with Apple specific computer architectures, Mac troubleshooting, support and preventive maintenance on all hardware and OS’s up to and including the G4 running MacOS 9.04

·         Extremely proficient at supporting IBM/PC compatible and Macintosh personal computer workstations and servers, able to install and upgrade all components including motherboards, memory, hard disk drives, CD Rom drives and various expansion cards

·         Extensive exposure to and experience with WinNT 4.0, Win95, Win98 and Win2000 operation systems
